Service terms
The terms that apply when you book a FixASAP mobile mechanic.

Bookings
A visit is booked only once we have confirmed the date, timing and charges with you. Requests submitted through this website or WhatsApp are not bookings until confirmed.
Prices
- Call-out: from R450.
- Diagnostics: R400, if needed.
- Call-out plus diagnostics: R850, before parts or extra work.
- Repairs, parts, servicing and fleet maintenance are quoted separately before work starts.

Service locations and access
We work at suitable home, office and estate locations in our service areas. You agree to give the mechanic safe access to the vehicle. If the mechanic cannot safely access or work on the vehicle, [CONFIRM: whether the call-out fee is still payable]
Cancellations

Parts and workmanship

Roadworthy certificates
A service or repair is not a roadworthy certificate. Roadworthy certificates are issued by accredited testing stations. [CONFIRM]
